Maloney, and all of Meriden Public Schools, gave me a love of learning that has carried me into graduate school. My chosen industry, journalism and media, also stemmed from this passion for continued education and exploration.

A group of young students play recorders during Meriden Public Schools' annual Arts in the Park event. Students smile while sitting at desks in a Meriden Public Schools classroom. Barry Elementary School students smile while participating in a fitness exercise on gym mats. A boy plays saxophone while students play other instruments in the background at Edison Middle School. Two students work on a poster together during a Meriden Public Schools STEM camp.
