The Director of Business Services / School Business Administrator holds CSDE #085 endorsement and serves as the Chief Fiscal Officer and Purchasing Agent for the school district.

The Director provides executive leadership over the district’s $ 130 million operating budget, ensuring full compliance with state statutes, local charter rules, and CSDE regulations (MBR; ED001/ED001R reporting). The role directs all business office operations—including fund accounting (GASB), grant execution, payroll, benefits, procurement, capital planning, CIRMA risk management, and student activity fund auditing. Furthermore, the Director leads labor negotiation costing under TNA and MERA, providing financial modeling and healthcare reserve analysis to support long-term district stability.
